Buddha said, “Our life is shaped by our mind. We become what we think.” How do we think about peace and life challenges in the most productive manner? This group will tackle some of these challenges through a short presentation of new material, followed by a description of a different element of journaling to explore. Participants will be encouraged to journal for ten to fifteen minutes, followed by a meaningful group discussion. You are welcome to bring your journal, however paper will also be provided.
